Requirements: Must have a property management license.
Responsibilities:
- Keep repairs & maintenance records related to property
- Provide administrative support to the property manager
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Assist with property maintenance tasks, including coordinating repairs and maintenance requests
- Schedule and oversee contract vendors
- Assist with contract management, including reviewing and organizing lease agreements
- Collaborate with maintenance personnel o ensure the property is well-maintained
- Investigate and resolve property complaints and rental violations
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role is preferred
- Familiarity with data Excel is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Basic understanding of property maintenance practices
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
