We are actively recruiting a Landscape Superintendent on behalf of a respected landscape company located in Fort Worth, TX. This is an exciting full-time, direct placement opportunity for a driven professional eager to take on a leadership role in the execution of high-end landscape projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and schedule multiple landscape projects efficiently.
- Organize daily operations and guide team leaders effectively.
- Visit job sites to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to plans.
- Deliver projects on time, within scope, and with top-tier results.
- Communicate seamlessly with clients, crews, and partners.
- Quickly identify and resolve job site challenges.
- Promote and enforce a strong culture of safety.
- Use tech tools to streamline scheduling and communication.
Required Qualifications & Education:
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in landscaping or related industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver high-quality results.
- Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and safety practices.
- Comfortable using mobile apps and scheduling software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or GED is required; additional technical training or degree in Landscaping, Horticulture, or Construction is a plus.
