Job description
We are seeking an experienced Landscape Services Account Manager to support our commercial landscaping operations in Hurst, TX. In this role, you will build strong client relationships, ensure high-quality service delivery, and help grow our commercial maintenance portfolio. You’ll work closely with operations and estimating teams, conduct regular site visits, and identify opportunities to enhance and expand services for existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, long-term loyalty, and opportunities for upselling.
- Collaborate closely with the estimating and operations teams to develop accurate proposals, service agreements, and maintenance plans.
- Conduct regular property inspections to evaluate site conditions and suggest beneficial improvements.
- Track account performance, revenue goals, and client communications, maintaining thorough and organized documentation.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services within existing client accounts.
- Represent Colleague professionally at community gatherings, networking events, and industry-related functions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in account management, client relations, or business development; background in landscaping or construction is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to negotiate and build solid client relationships.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of analyzing information effectively.
- Able to manage multiple clients and ongoing projects at the same time.
- Motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
Education & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in account management or client-facing roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Horticulture, or a related field preferred.
