Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial and residential projects based in Tulsa, OK. This role is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction and meeting deadlines and budget goals.
This position requires a professional with in-depth knowledge of project management principles, team coordination, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with high expectations for quality and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all project management matters within assigned portfolio.
- Proactively build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Prepare detailed proposals, cost estimates, and project documentation in coordination with internal teams.
- Conduct regular site visits or virtual check-ins to ensure project quality and adherence to scope.
- Coordinate daily and weekly work schedules with project teams and subcontractors.
- Monitor project performance, resources, and timelines to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Lead client meetings, address concerns promptly, and ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for process improvement and value-added services.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management, operations, or account management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines.
- Strong business acumen with ability to manage budgets, track profitability, and meet client expectations.
- Experience with project management software, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong asset.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; willingness to travel locally as required.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Project Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
