Responsibilities
- Develop concepts and collaborate with copywriters and other creatives to produce standout work
- Assist with monitoring all assigned projects and follow through on all phases of production
- Present work to internal teams and clients
- Push past good ideas to discover great ones
- Possess a solid foundation of design and typographic skills, applicable to an indie band poster or a corporate annual report
- Present ideas clearly and with conviction to sell them through internally and externally
- Possess a variety of design skills, including an understanding of printing processes, photography, illustration, and typography.
- Highly proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite of applications, primarily Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
- Ability to gracefully handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized and proactive in managing priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Experience with Sketchup or desireto learn
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or ad school credentials or equivalent industry experience
- Two or more years of agency or relevant experience
- Ability to travel as needed
