About the Role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical professional to join our Wealth Management team. The Reporting Analyst will play a critical role in delivering accurate, timely, and insightful reporting to support performance, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and distribute recurring wealth management reports (performance, risk, compliance, and financial metrics)
- Partner with advisors and leadership to provide data insights that drive client strategies and business decisions
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of reporting data across multiple systems and platforms
- Support regulatory and audit requirements with clear documentation and reporting packages
- Monitor portfolio performance and highlight trends, risks, and opportunities
- Maintain and enhance reporting dashboards using Addepar and other portfolio management tools
- Support tax planning by preparing tax‑efficient portfolio reports, identifying opportunities for optimization.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other reporting/visualization tools
- Knowledge of wealth management products, investment vehicles, and financial markets is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Clear communication skills for presenting complex data to stakeholders
- Experience with CRM or portfolio management systems preferred
- Understanding of tax planning concepts and their impact on portfolio management is a plus
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2 years of experience in financial reporting, wealth management, or investment analysis
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting standards in financial services
- Prior experience in a client‑focused or advisory environment is a plus
