Your Role
- Provide expert end-to-end Grooming: bathing, drying, specialty styling, brushing, and color treatments for all breeds, feline experience is a plus. Expert stylists are expected to complete 6 to 9 services per day- with professional management and customer service assistance
- Customize each session to the pet’s individual needs, breed standards, and owner preferences— we specialize in handling pets with PTSD, anxiety, geriatrics, and those with physical ailments.
- Build strong relationships with clients and their pets, ensuring every dog leaves looking and feeling their best
- Maintain the highest standards of luxury, safety, and care in a fast-paced, elite environment
Who We Are Looking For
7 plus years of professional grooming experience in a luxury setting, or exceptional skills with fewer years
- Strong sales and customer service skills, your artistry should match your ability to connect with clients
- A keen eye for detail, a gentle touch, and compassion for every pet - humanity over vanity
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Must bring your own professional grooming tools, including clippers, blades, combs, scissors, and dremel
