- Provides registered nursing and facilitation services for assigned clients within a designated site and is responsible for assessment and interventions for assigned residential clients
- Designs and implements treatment strategies based on scientific nursing theory, evidence based practice and principles to promote health and medical stability
- Provides training to clients or family members regarding how to promote health, wellness and medical stability as well as to staff
- Directs the practice of the LPN and/or CNA's on the unit. May participate in program’s on-call rotation.
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse is required
- 1-2 years’ experience in nursing is preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license and responsible driving behaviors must be maintained
- Ability to lift 50lbs
