We provide treatment for post-concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues and accident or sports-related head injuries.

We are searching for a Full-Time Recreational Therapist to workin our residential programs located in Raleigh, NC. This full-time role assists in the development and implementation of a comprehensive recreational and cognitive rehab program, which includes both group and individual activities in the residence and the community. This role oversees the individual recreational programs of assigned clients; provides cognitive rehab sessions; completes initial assessments, monitors monthly progress, and prepares all necessary discharge plans in collaboration with the team. The Recreational Therapist also provides minimum to maximum assistance and/or supervision to promote clients’ success in daily living tasks and vocational/volunteer pursuits, in addition to recreation activities. This role responsible for running the program's day program, evaluations, individual therapy, and team consultation. Be part of an experienced clinical team!

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in therapeutic recreation, or related field
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license and responsible driving behaviors must be maintained
• Ability to lift 50lbs
