Mental Health Counselor / Guidance Counselor
Collage Day School is a dynamic, independent day school serving children from infancy through 5th grade. We are seeking a compassionate and collaborative Mental Health Counselor / Guidance Counselor to support students’ social-emotional growth and well-being.
What You’ll Do
- Provide individual and small-group counseling
- Support students with emotional regulation, social skills, and behavior
- Partner with teachers and families to support student success
- Implement social-emotional learning (SEL) programming
- Maintain student records and track progress
- Respond to student needs, including crisis support when appropriate
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field (preferred)
- Florida licensure (or eligibility): LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or Registered Intern
- School counseling certification (K–12) a plus
- Experience working with children in a school or clinical setting
