In this role, you will manage timelines, resources, milestones, and communication across internal teams and client stakeholders, while driving successful activation and measurable client outcomes. The ideal candidate brings strong project leadership skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering a positive and seamless implementation experience.Key Responsibilities Client & Project ManagementLead the end-to-end implementation process for assigned clients, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budgetServe as the primary point of contact during implementation, fostering clear communication and expectation alignmentDevelop and maintain project plans, timelines, status reports, and risk logs to monitor progress and mitigate issuesCoordinate internal resources—including Product, Engineering, QA, Training, and Support—to achieve project milestones and remove blockersProcess & Quality AssuranceConduct workflow and business process reviews to ensure system configuration aligns with client needsFacilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate issue tracking and resolution prior to go-liveOversee go-live readiness activities, including data migration validation, training coordination, and system preparationEnsure a seamless transition to Account Management and Support following go-liveCommunication & LeadershipLead client-facing status meetings and internal cross-functional project syncsEscalate risks proactively and collaborate with leadership to identify solutionsRecommend improvements to implementation methodologies, tools, templates, and playbooksRequirements:What You Bring:5 years of experience managing software implementations or enterprise system deploymentsExperience leading client-facing projects with multiple stakeholders and dependenciesStrong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)Excellent communication, organization, and time management skillsAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentBonus Points if you have:Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)Background in healthcare technology, EHR/TPA systems, or PACE programsPMP, CSM, or related project management certificationExperience with project and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams, or SmartsheetWhat We OfferAt Collabrios Health, we’re committed to fostering a workplace that supports your well-being, growth, and ability to make a meaningful impact.
