Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) / Physician Assistant (PA-C)

Pay: $50-$65/hour | Full-time

We are actively seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our team. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive Primary Care and Urgent Care services. Immediate start available upon successful completion of onboarding.
Family Nurse Practitioner Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive patient care, including diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of acute and chronic conditions.
- Conduct physical exams, health assessments, and preventative care for patients of all ages.
- Perform in-person and Telehealth consultations, ensuring high-quality patient interactions.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., labs, imaging) and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications and manage medication refills.
- Deliver urgent care services, including treatment of minor injuries, infections, and common illnesses.
- Maintain detailed patient records using EMR systems.
- Collaborate with the Medical Director, Office Manager, and healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Provide patient education on wellness, chronic disease management, and preventive care.
Family Nurse Practitioner Requirements:
- Active Florida APRN License or PA License (Autonomous APRN license preferred).
- Board Certification in Family Practice (FNP-BC,) or PA-C.
- 2 years experience in Primary Care, Family Medicine, or Urgent Care settings (preferred).
- DEA License and NPI Number required.
- Proficiency in Telehealth platforms, E-prescribing, and EMR systems.
- Bilingual (Spanish) highly preferred.
- Strong clinical skills in managing patient assessments, diagnosis, and treatment.
