Collaborative Solutions in Psychiatry is a psychiatric clinic on the east side of Madison that is dedicated to providing comprehensive, caring, and individualized psychiatric treatment for all ages. We believe in a collaborative treatment approach, centered around mutual respect and support through our patient's recovery. We are seeking a go-getting, outgoing, and compassionate TMS Technician to join our rapidly growing TMS therapy center. Proper training to become a certified TMS technician will be provided upon hiring.
*This position requires a consistent shift of hours, Monday through Friday (for both part-time and full-time candidates)
*We are looking to hire a part time technician at this time; hours will look like 6:30am-1:00pm M-F
We are seeking a TMS Technician who will be trained to administer in-office therapeutic treatments under the direction of our treating physician(s). This individual's primary responsibility will be to administer and manage specific clinical services, interact regularly with patients, and complete additional office administrative tasks when time permits. This individual will work closely with our providers and clinical staff and be responsible for daily treatments, patient scheduling, and updates to patient records. They will also learn how to discuss what TMS is (training provided), how it works, and what to expect with interested prospective patients. Compensation for this position will be commensurate with both experience as well as your potential for growth and development within this position.
Job Summary
You will be responsible for conducting TMS treatment, prior authorizations, and various admin duties in this role. The individual will maintain accurate patient information and perform all tasks in full compliance with HIPAA regulations and standards. You will be required to complete TMS certification training and demonstrate a willingness to learn how to administer TMS treatments. When necessary, communicate concerns to the TMS Department Director, or involved medical providers including the servicing physician, APNP or PA-C.
Education Requirements and Qualifications
- Some college coursework required; completion of a degree preferred.
- Candidates with prior patient care experience will be given higher priority.
- We are seeking a candidate who is extremely comfortable working directly with patients in a healthcare environment.

Physical Requirements
Frequent periods of sitting and standing. Infrequent periods of bending and stooping.
