About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Contract Administrator with strong commercial real estateexperience. This is a multifaceted role that blends contract administration, lease administration, and operational support across our Property Services team. If you’re a resourceful paralegal-minded professional who enjoys bringing order to complex processes, this role offers an immediate opportunity to make an impact.
What You’ll Do
Contract Administration (30%)
• Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, including annual renewals, vendor agreements, license agreements, and one-time contracts
• Draft, review, and refine contract language to ensure accuracy and clarity
• Implement or recommend contract management tools (Prism or alternatives) to reduce spreadsheet reliance
Lease Administration (30%)
• Issue and track tenant notices; ensure compliance with lease terms
• Draft, organize, and support documentation for Commercial Office and Retail Leases, Amendments, Exhibits, Renewals, Easements, Purchase/Sale Agreements, and License Agreements
• Track critical dates across a growing portfolio (lease expirations, renewal notification windows, ROFO/ROFR deadlines)
Property Services Support (40%)
• Administer Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and follow up with vendors
• Support Property Services and executive leadership with contract and property-related needs
• Develop organizational systems that bring structure to currently fragmented processes
What You Bring
• 5 years of commerical real estate contract administration experience in leasing and/or property management
• Ability to draft, interpret, and modify contract and lease language
• Strong understanding of CRE agreements (leases, licenses, vendor contracts, etc.)
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and risk awareness
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience with contract tracking systems (Prism or similar)
• Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating across internal teams and external vendors/tenants
