About the Role:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented In-Home Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and residents at a home-based care facility or administrative center. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting staff with scheduling, communication, and administrative needs.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist residents, staff, and visitors in a professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Assist with staff scheduling, shift changes, and basic record keeping
- Maintain documentation, files, and communication logs
- Ensure office supplies and forms are stocked and organized
- Support the overall administrative flow of the in-home care facility
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s preferred)
- Prior experience in an administrative, receptionist, or coordinator role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with basic office software (Word, Excel, Email)
- Professional, patient, and courteous demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced care environment
- Familiarity with home health or developmental disability services is a plus
