About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior WebMethods Developer to join a high-performing technology team. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with WebMethods development, strong design skills, and the ability to build scalable, enterprise-grade integrations in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement large-scale integration solutions using WebMethods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality integration services.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing integrations as needed.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across business and technology teams.
What We’re Looking For:
- 7 years of hands-on development experience in WebMethods (Integration Server, Broker, Developer, Trading Networks, etc.).
- Strong background working in Agile/Scrum development frameworks.
- Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale enterprise applications.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $60 - $65 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
