Duration:12-18 Months (Possibility of Full-Time Conversion)

About the Role:

We are seeking two highly experienced Senior Architects who bring deep hands-on expertise in Java, enterprise architecture, and CI/CD. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to engage directly with senior-level executives, influence technology strategies, and drive architectural decisions across the organization.

This is a high-impact technical leadership role suited for architects who have led large-scale, complex enterprise transformations

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise-wide architecture strategy, governance, and technology roadmap.


• Define and enforce architectural standards, patterns, and best practices.


• Design scalable, distributed systems using microservices and cloud-native architectures.


• Evaluate complex trade-offs (build vs. buy, performance vs. cost) and provide final architectural decisions.


• Partner with engineering teams, leadership, and business stakeholders to align technology with business goals.


• Oversee CI/CD strategy, automation, infrastructure modernization, and cloud integration.


• Ensure systems are resilient, secure, scalable, and compliant with enterprise standards.


• Present architecture vision and recommendations to senior executives and technical leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

Enterprise Architecture & Strategy (15 Years)

• Strong experience defining enterprise architecture standards and governance models.


• Proven ability to create long-term technology roadmaps and modernization strategies.


• Deep experience designing large-scale distributed systems and microservices architectures.

Core Technology Expertise

• 10 years of Java development (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, JVM).


• Expert in designing RESTful and GraphQL APIs.


• Strong data architecture skills: RDBMS, NoSQL, caching, Kafka/streaming.

DevOps, Automation & CI/CD

• Expert in creating and optimizing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).


• Strong IaC experience with Terraform or Ansible.


• Hands-on experience with Docker & Kubernetes in production environments.


• Deep understanding of at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Security, Performance & Observability

• Proven experience architecting scalable, high-performance systems.


• Strong security architecture knowledge (OAuth, OIDC, DevSecOps).


• Familiarity with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger, ELK, etc.

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $75 - $80 per hour

This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
