Job Summary:
The company is seeking an experienced Senior Category Manager to support procurement operations, category management, and data-driven initiatives within a fast-paced environment. This role focuses on vendor management, financial tracking, and process optimization across marketing and data partnerships. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, procurement system experience, and the ability to drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support category management initiatives by developing structured frameworks and process improvements
• Manage vendor rebate reconciliation and perform savings calculations and tracking
• Oversee intake, documentation, and tracking of data usage agreements with internal and external partners
• Maintain and validate procurement and financial data within internal systems
• Develop operational playbooks and support ongoing media and procurement operations
• Review scopes of work and identify opportunities for cost savings and value creation
• Assist in drafting and managing agreements with digital and marketing vendors
• Improve data quality, reporting accuracy, and workflow efficiencies across procurement tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic and operational initiatives
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business Analytics, Operations, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in category management or procurement operations
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data validation and reporting
• Experience working with procurement systems such as Provalido, Agency Mania, or similar tools
• Proven experience in vendor management and cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with marketing or data vendors
• Knowledge of procurement, operations, or supply chain certifications
• Strong process documentation and workflow improvement experience
