Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion ERP applications with a focus on AP and GL modules.
- Collaborate with business users to design and implement efficient business processes.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices aligned with Oracle Fusion capabilities.
- Support end-to-end implementation, enhancement, upgrade, and production support activities.
- Prepare functional specifications and work closely with technical teams for customizations and integrations.
- Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue resolution.
- Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
- Ensure compliance with organizational financial policies and ERP governance standards.
Required Skills
- 8-12 years of overall ERP experience with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP.
- Strong functional consulting experience in Oracle Fusion applications.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- General Ledger (GL)
- Experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design.
- Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and support processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Salary : $70 - $90
