Position Details:
- Position: Operations Processor 3 (Operations Specialist)

- Location: Tukwila, WA 98188 (On-site - No Remote work)
- Work Schedule: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday
- Monday, Thursday, Friday (8 AM - 4:30 PM)
- Saturday, Sunday (8:30 AM - 5 PM)
- Interview Process: 1 round - In-Person Interview
- Pay Range: $21-23/hour
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Processing documents.
- Data Entry using MS Office Suite and some office clerical tasks.
- Mailroom / Lockbox Work.
- Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature, including receiving.
- Receive, log, batch, and distribute work.
- Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles.
Required Skills:
- PC experience with data entry and 10-key skills.
- Basic MS Office Skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Attention to detail.
- Reliable: attendance is very important.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Mail Processing Experience.
- Experience operating a Falcon RED.
- Accounting Experience.
- Lockbox Experience.
