Salary Range: $60,150 to $63,150 per Annum first year salary

Interview Process

• Round 1: 45-minute interview with a recruiter
• Round 2: ~3-hour onsite visit including: Site tour, Meeting the team, Discussion with the hiring manager
• Round 3: Interview with the Regional Training Manager or Division Manager (onsite or virtual, depending on their preference)

Assessments

• Candidates will complete three assessments
• Designed to evaluate: Soft skills, Work ethic, Problem-solving ability
• Includes a mix of linguistic and quantitative questions

Job Description - Management Trainee Program

Objective

• A hands-on development program lasting 2 to 2.5 years
• Trainees rotate through key areas of the business, including: Warehouse logistics, Financial forecasting, Customer sales strategy

Outcome of the Program

• By the end of the program, participants are prepared to lead their own client location

Key Responsibilities

• Hire and manage a team
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Develop inventory and sales strategies
• Drive market growth with the support and resources of a privately held leader in electrical distribution

What you will learn:

• Business Operations: Inventory control, purchasing, warehouse and counter sales
• Financial Acumen: Forecasting, budgeting, accounts receivable and payable
• Sales & Account Management: Building relationships and creating customer solutions
• Leadership & Strategy: Team development, market analysis, decision-making authority
• You’ll also attend hands-on product training, sales workshops, and management strategy sessions to round out your skills.

• Bachelor’s degree (any field - we’ll train you on the rest)
• Willingness to relocate within the Pacific Northwest

• Valid U.S. driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
