Position Details:
Position: Human Resources Business Partner
Location: Austin, TX 78759 - Hybrid role (3 days/Week onsite)
Pay Range: $32/hr. - $36/hr.
Duration: 4 Month
Must Have:
- Handle Leave of Absence escalations from a 3rd-party vendor
- Review medical documentation and determine eligibility
- Support process improvement & projects when capacity allows
- Use ticketing / HR systems
- A bachelor’s degree
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4 years of accommodations and/or leave administration experience with a bachelor’s degree
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; experience working closely with business leaders and employees.
