Detailed Job Description:
Job Title: Material Handlers
Duration: 9 months
Location: Westborough, MA 01581 OR North Reading, MA - On-site 5 days,
Hours: Monday-Friday, Multiple shifts available
PR: $17.00- $19.00/hr $600 Bonus

Day to Day:
- Electromechanical Assembly: Execute assembly, repair, and rework of electromechanical components by interpreting blueprints, instructions, and parts lists.
- Quality & Documentation: Perform quality inspections (understanding Critical to Quality standards) and accurately record production data in various systems.
- Safety & Inventory: Prioritize safety protocols and maintain supply inventory (checking stock, ordering, and expediting materials).
- Required Attributes: Must be self-managed, highly driven, and possess strong oral/written communication skills to effectively collaborate within a team environment.
Must Have:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work all scheduled shifts, including mandatory overtime.
- Proficiency with computer systems, manufacturing software, and data entry.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods.
- Must be detail-oriented and work effectively in a team environment.
- Comfort and proficiency working in a mechanical setting, including the use of tools and light equipment.

Manufacturing Associate:
Day to Day:
- Perform assembly of mechanical, electrical, and robotic components using hand tools, power tools, and torque devices.
- Follow standardized work instructions and quality inspection procedures.
- Rotate between stations to learn multiple assembly processes.
- Maintain accurate production and defect records.
- Work with leads to identify process improvements and maintain high safety standards.
- Support cross-functional operations (materials handling, testing, troubleshooting) as needed.
Must Haves:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to read basic diagrams and follow written instructions.
- Comfortable standing, bending, and performing repetitive tasks for an entire shift.
- Strong attendance and punctuality record.
- Willingness to learn multiple skills and adapt to changing production needs.

Materials Associate:
Day to Day:
- Receive, move, and store materials using pallet jacks, carts, or forklifts (if certified).
- Deliver components and subassemblies to workstations on time.
- Track material usage in ERP or inventory systems.
- Assist with kitting parts for assembly teams.
- Conduct regular cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Follow safety and material handling procedures at all times.
Must Haves:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior warehouse, logistics, or materials handling experience is preferred.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems are preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet for the majority of the shift.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to production schedules.

Functional Technician:
Responsibilities:
- Assemble, integrate, and wire advanced robotic systems.
- Perform functional and quality assurance testing using diagnostic equipment.
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve defects.
- Document test results and any corrective actions taken.
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to all safety standards.
Must Haves:
- 1 year of experience in mechanical/electrical assembly, testing, or maintenance preferred (internships and vocational training count).
- Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Comfortable using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
- Consistent attendance and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
