Developer Tools Engineer

Title: Developer Tools Engineer
Location: Spring, TX 
Duration: 12 Months
Pay Range: $68 to $72
 

This role sits within the Development Foundation organization, on the Orchestration & Developer Services team, which owns enterprise DevOps tooling and focuses on enabling developers to use those tools correctly, securely, and efficiently. The team manages and supports large strategic platforms, primarily GitHub Enterprise and JFrog (artifact/package management). This is a platform engineering and enablement role, not a full-time application development position.
The engineer will:

• 
  Act as a platform owner and expert for GitHub Enterprise and JFrog
  


• 
  Work closely with developers to guide best practices
  


• 
  Provide expert-level platform support (about 60% of the role)
  


• 
  Write internal automations and integrations using APIs
  

Must Haves:

• Experience with deploying JFrog in a large enterprise environment is key




• 
  Integrations with GitHub
  




• Terraform (higher pref), Ansible


• 
  Github Enterprise
  


• 
  Power BI (dashboards, reporting)
