Job Summary:
The Data Entry Clerk will support accurate data entry, case handling, and documentation within Oracle systems for an industry-leading organization. This role focuses on maintaining high data accuracy, supporting internal stakeholders, and ensuring timely processing of service-related requests. The position requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter, verify, and update data within Oracle systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Process and manage service cases in alignment with established procedures and timelines.
• Review and prioritize a daily pipeline of cases to support timely resolution.
• Maintain detailed documentation and conversation logs for all case activities.
• Communicate professionally with internal teams regarding case status and outstanding issues.
• Support contract loading activities across various service programs and systems.
• Conduct pre-audits and post-audits of submitted and loaded data to ensure correctness.
• Utilize Oracle Install Base for data additions and modifications.
• Manage contract corrections, updates, and database changes as required.
• Assist teams with navigation and use of the Q2SC (Oracle) contract loading tool.
• Execute Service Cloud case management to maintain accurate reporting and cycle times.
• Prepare reports summarizing daily activities, case progression, and key metrics.
• Collaborate with team members to facilitate work distribution and workflow efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
• One to three years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or similar roles.
• Proficiency with Oracle systems, Excel, and Google applications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to verify data accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot discrepancies and resolve data-related issues.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
