Position Title: Customer Service Representative/Insurance Customer Service Representative
Location: Exton, PA, 19103 (Hybrid - 2 day in office)
Duration: 12 Months (Contract)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $20/hr. - $22/hr.
Responsibilities:
Research customer policy details and verify insurance information.
Update and correct insurance coverage data in internal systems.
Communicate case updates and resolutions to brokers, agents, or clients.
Maintain precise and accurate documentation of all actions taken.
Identify process improvement opportunities and document updated workflows.
