The Benefits Coordinator will provide tactical and operational support for U.S. employee and retiree benefit programs. This role will assist with healthcare program execution, open enrollment activities, vendor coordination, and daily administration tasks. The position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide operational and administrative support across employee and retiree healthcare and benefit programs
• Assist with level one appeals handling, plan documentation, identification card coordination, and annual updates
• Support open enrollment and health fair logistics
• Manage escalations, demographic files, and vendor communications across platforms
• Assist with billing, invoicing, and carrier reporting processes
• Maintain internal documentation and benefits knowledge resources
Required Qualifications:
• Experience in United States employee benefits administration and coordination
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience supporting open enrollment activities
• Familiarity with vendor management and benefit platforms
