Day2Day: handling inbound customer service calls
Qualifications
Requirements:
- 3 months of customer service experience
- Strong communication over the phone
- Ability to work on multiple monitors
- Able to show up to work on time
Plusses:
- Call Center experience
- Bilingual (Spanish)
