Day2Day: handling inbound customer service calls

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • 3 months of customer service experience
  • Strong communication over the phone
  • Ability to work on multiple monitors
  • Able to show up to work on time

Plusses:

  • Call Center experience
  • Bilingual (Spanish)
