Job Title: Admin Assistant / coordinator
Location: Chicago, IL - 4 dayz On-site - 32 hour work week
Duration: 6 month contract with potential to extend
Pay Range: $20-$24/hr
Mission: Provide high-quality administrative and reporting support to the HR organization, with a strong focus on data preparation, reporting, and executive-facing materials.
Day-to-Day: Collabera is looking for an Admin Assistant / Coordinator to support the HR team. This resource will handle day-to-day administrative responsibilities, pull and summarize reports using Excel, and prepare PowerPoint materials for leadership. The role focuses on gathering and organizing information (not analyzing data) and requires close collaboration with senior leaders, including VPs of the Americas, to support HR initiatives.
Must Haves:
- 5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Coordinator
- Expert-level Excel skills, including pivot tables and report creation
- Experience pulling and summarizing data and preparing PowerPoint materials for leadership
- Strong administrative, coordination, and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience supporting senior leaders
Plusses:
- Prior experience supporting an HR team (not required)
