Job Title: IT OCM Analyst
Duration: 6 months extensions
Location: Houston, TX
Pay Range: $60/hr - $65/hr
(HYBRID -Mon-Thur Onsite; Friday - Remote)
Experience:
- A minimum of 6-8 years' experience in IT change management.
- Experience managing large-scale IT change initiatives and activities and working in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Proven experience leading change in large-scale adoption across multiple teams or departments.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of change methodologies and principles, with the ability to guide teams through adoption.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end change management process and tools from Stakeholder Analysis, Leadership Alignment, Communication and Engagement Planning and Execution, Change Impact Analysis, Training Needs Analysis and Development, and Change Measurement.
- Perform all aspects of work with a high degree of effectiveness, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Promote a culture of agility adaptability, continuous learning, and empowerment, enabling teams to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
