  We are seeking a CoStar Real Estate Consultant with strong configuration and integration experience who can deliver high-value capabilities in a SAFe Agile environment.
  
  


• 
  
  You will configure, extend, and integrate the CoStar platform and related real estate data workflows translating business requirements into system settings for Lease Administration, Accounting (AP/GL integration, ASC 842 / IFRS 16),
  
  


• 
  
  Transaction Management and Strategic Planning.
  
  


• 
  
  You ll collaborate across Agile Release Trains (ARTs), participate in PI Planning, and partner with Product Management, Architecture, and Business stakeholders to turn data into actionable outcomes.
  
  


• 
  
  Every Quarter for PI Planning, everyone must be in downtown Dallas in person.
