What You’ll Do
- Organize and maintain strike lists, helping resolve open items and move data into a CRM for the licensing team
- Respond to “more info needed” requests and track YouTube counter notifications tied to content enforcement
- Support promotional video detail sheets used across partner channels
- Research and identify potential promo partners and YouTube channels
- Help organize content for partners and track performance across channels
- Jump into additional projects that support the team’s day-to-day work
- Direct exposure to how content licensing and enforcement works on YouTube
- Mentorship from a team with deep experience in the creator economy
- A behind-the-scenes look at how content is protected, monetized, and managed across YouTube
- Real ownership over projects that contribute to live workflows
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized and reliable
- Able to work independently after initial direction
- Clear, responsive communicator
- Comfortable with Google Sheets, Docs, Drive, and Slack
- Dates: June 15 – August 14, 2026
- Schedule: Up to 10 hours per week
- Pay: ~$18/hour
