Role Summary
As a Solution Engineering (AI) within our Global Digital Applications team, you will design, build, and deploy specialized AI solutions that drive value across our core business pillars: Digital Content, Marketing, Commerce, and Commercial execution. You will move beyond generic AI models to create purpose-built agents and models deeply integrated into our digital ecosystem. You will work at the intersection of Data Science and Software Engineering, ensuring our marketing tech and commerce platforms are powered by intelligent, data-driven engines.
Responsibilities
As our Solution Engineering (AI), you will be responsible for:
Salary Range $109,600.00 - $155,000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.

Responsibilities
As our Solution Engineering (AI), you will be responsible for:
- Solution Architecture & Development: Lead the design and implementation of domain-specific AI/ML models and Generative AI agents tailored for Digital Content, Digital Marketing and eCommerce applications.
- Integration with Digital Ecosystem: Architect robust APIs and pipelines to integrate AI capabilities directly into our existing application landscape (e.g., Content Management Systems, eCommerce platforms, CRM, and Marketing Automation tools).
- Data & Analytics Collaboration: Partner closely with the Data & Analytics teams to curate high-quality datasets from consumer interactions, sales data, and market trends to train and fine-tune models.
- AI Ops, Scalability & Governance: Oversee the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of AI models in production, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and cost-effective within our cloud environment.
- Innovation & Prototyping: Rapidly prototype new use cases using the latest advancements in LLMs (Large Language Models) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) to solve complex business challenges in the FMCG space.
- Education: Bachelors Degree
- Experience: 3 years of experience in AI/ML Engineering, Data Science, or Software Engineering with a focus on intelligent applications -
- Domain Experience: Proven track record working with Digital Content, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, or AdTech data and applications
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain). Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) is essential.
- GenAI Proficiency: Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and embedding models for business applications.
- Experience with Agentic AI platforms
- Industry Background: Experience in the Consumer Goods (CPG/FMCG) or Retail industry, understanding the unique challenges of consumer data and brand equity.
