Job Details:
- Shift: 2nd
- Hours: 4:00 p.m. – 2:30 a.m.
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday, scheduled overtime on Fridays
- Coleys is a climate-controlled facility
- CNC Setup Experience Required
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Involved in setup, production, and maintenance of CNC horizontal/vertical milling and turning centers
- Skilled in the use of a variety of CNC machining tools and precision measuring devices to produce parts to customer specifications, including post-run responsibilities such as deburring
- Read and edit programs to ensure parts are ran to print
- Understand and interpret blueprints, sketches, or other descriptions of parts to be machined from selected materials
- Ability to delegate and knowledge of supervisory techniques, personnel policies, and procedures
Preferred Requirements and Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience as a CNC machinist at minimum
- Ability to read and work from sketches, specifications, and blueprints
- Ability to determine work priorities and delegate work to others
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Working knowledge of machine shop equipment, tools, and precision measuring devices
- Ability to read/edit programs
