We have an immediate need for a "Management Analyst" who will work onsite to support the U.S. Army TRADOC at Fort Knox, KY to support the US Army Training and Doctrine Command’s (TRADOC) launch and training of the Accessions Information Environment (AIE).

Job Description:
As a Management Analyst, you will be supporting the development of the AIE System. The AIE Program is a new enterprise Soldier recruiting system that enables the U.S. Army Accessions Enterprise (AAE) to meet its mission of maintaining the Army’s end-strength goals. The AIE system employs leading-edge commercial off the shelf (COTS) technology to deliver a modern solution to support the AAE.
The Management Analyst will need to have a wealth of hard and soft skills to be successful. You must have the ability to conduct continual root cause analysis, be able to collaborate with the assigned Stakeholder and other Stakeholder Teams with effective communication, technical writing, and change management skills to identify gaps with current “AS IS” Business Process daily.
Responsibilities:
- Assists in the development of functional programs and materials by interacting with clients to understand and assess their needs and requirements
- Exercising analytical and business intelligence skills to generate valuable insights from vast and complex data source
- Assist in the tracking and assessment of ongoing operations.
- Reviews forms and reports, and confers with management and users about format, distribution, and purpose, and to identify problems and improvements.
- Collects, maintains, and processes data.
- Able to Document manage technical updates to current and to be Business Process
- Assists in the preparation of reports and summaries for use by managers.
- Analyzes and reviews a wide variety of plans and related operations and determines recommended changes to improve efficiency.
- Provides direct support to technical and operational activities.
- Oversees plans and operation of all types to assure compliance with standards and special requirements.
- Assists in the conduct of conferences and working meetings.
- Must be able to “Identifies sources of relevant information and data”.
- Evaluates data and information to monitor status of ongoing operations.
- Alerts key personnel of operational problems and suggest potential solutions or methods for collecting additional information.
- Assists in the conduct of conferences and working meetings.
- Assists in the development of technical and operational documents and plans.
- Assists in the implementation of technical and operational activities.
- Guides and leads discussions.
- Recommends procedures and methods to be used.
- Assists in the publication of reports and other documents.
- Develops operational concepts/ Operational Event-Trace Description (OV-6c), plans, and instructions .
- Identifies alternative courses of action and makes recommendations.
- Serves as an assistant to senior management analysts, technical directors, project managers, and the program manager
Required Educational and Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years demonstrated experience in the above areas
- Masters Degree required
- U.S Citizenship required
- Able to obtain a favorable NAC-I.
Preferred Educational and Professional Experience:
- Experience with Army Accession Program
- Experience with Army Cadet Command
- Be a self-starter; require minimum oversight and demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience in research regarding service matters and combined doctrine, operations, liaison and coordination with other Government agencies, industry is required Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in English.
- Computer literate and proficient in preparing Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents; have the ability to gather information, create and maintain PowerPoint briefings, make recommendations for program improvement, and provide communication (orally and written) to disseminate information throughout the organization.

Salary: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
