What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lawn Specialist position at Coleman Services?
We are seeking a dedicated, hardworking individual to join our team as a W-2 employee. We are a "premium quality" service provider, and we are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with a local company.
Pay Range: $17.14 – $27.38 per hour (DOE)
The Requirements:
- Must provide your own equipment: You are responsible for having your own reliable mowers, trimmers, blowers, and necessary hand tools.
- Reliable Transportation: You must have a way to transport your equipment to various job sites throughout the day.
- Visual Documentation: You are required to take "before, during, and after" photos and videos of every job site to ensure our quality standards are met.
- Work Ethic: Strong physical stamina and a commitment to being on time and professional every day.
Premium Incentives & Performance Bonuses:

- The 20-Property Milestone: Once you hit 20 recurring lawns, you receive a cash bonus, a $50 gas card, and a dinner bonus.
