Coleman Health Services is seeking a customer service-oriented person to provide front desk coverage in our Crisis Stabilization Unit Lima, Ohio.
Duties include:
- Answering phones,
- Greeting customers,
- Notifying staff of client arrival,
- Triaging calls,
- Scheduling/confirming appointments,
- Accessing reports
- Performing other general office duties.
- Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality and stay calm during crisis situations.

Must have one year of related experience as a telephone receptionist and knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel. Experience in medical office preferred.
