As a Residential Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our company in the field. You aren't just selling a product; you are consulting with homeowners to provide solutions that add value to their lives and property.
Your Mission:
- Own Your Territory: Identify prospective customers through direct field marketing and canvassing efforts.
- Consult & Close: Conduct in-person consultations, identify homeowner needs, and close deals on the spot.
- Build the Funnel: Manage a pipeline of leads and follow up relentlessly to ensure no opportunity is missed.
- Grind & Grow: Push through objections and rejection to hit personal and team revenue targets.
