Who Are We: Colebrook Village is a fun-filled Assisted Living Community in Hebron. We are looking to expand our incredible team with dedicated and compassionate CNA's!
Job duties include: Rate of pay will depend on years of experience. Per Diem Availability (1st shift every weekend)
- Provide personal care services, assistance support and supervision to Residents.
- Perform resident care according to organizational policies and procedures
- Direct resident care includes: ADLs, ambulating, transfers, medication assistance, escorts, answering call bells
- Indirect care includes: doing laundry, emptying trash, participating with activities
- Document observations and resident care data effectively
- Compliance with facility regulations for resident care and safety
- Identify resident care requirements by establishing personal rapport with residents
- Demonstrate critical thinking and priority setting in resident care situation
As a Certified Nurse Assistant, you must possess a valid CT CNA certification or a valid Home Aide Certification in good standing and 1-year experience in acute nursing and/or long term care.
