Duties
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans promptly to meet health and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all equipment is functioning properly
- Support catering events and banquet setups by providing clean dishware and assisting with setup or breakdown as needed
- Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold hygiene regulations and prevent cross-contamination
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean items for food service operations
- Maintain organized storage areas for clean and dirty dishes to streamline workflow
Requirements
- Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques and food safety practices
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting kitchen operations
- Familiarity with bussing, food handling, or catering experience is a plus but not mandatory

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
