Job Description Summary
The Sales Transaction Coordinator supports the sales process for Cole West communities from contract execution through closing. This position coordinates transaction documents, communications, deadlines, reporting, and closing requirements with buyers, sales agents, lenders, title companies, and internal teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Process and review contracts, addenda, change orders, cancellations, commission documents, and other transaction materials.
- Maintain complete and organized transaction files from contract through closing.
- Coordinate documents, communications, deposits, loan status, and closing requirements with buyers, sales agents, lenders, title companies, and internal teams.
- Track buyer information, pricing, walkthroughs, closing dates, and other transaction milestones in company systems and trackers.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales, traffic, closing, commission, pricing, and business-plan reports.
- Process FHA and VA documents, as applicable.
- Identify missing information or potential delays and assist with resolving transaction issues.
- Provide general sales operations support and perform other duties as assigned.
Experience and Qualifications
- Experience in real estate, homebuilding, transaction coordination, title, escrow, lending, or sales administration preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience with Sales 1440, Newstar, or similar systems preferred.
Salary : $23 - $27
