RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Meet or exceed sales quota set by agency.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in sales
- Property and Casualty license required by first day of employment.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
