WHITE COLLAR/INVESTIGATIONS LITIGATION ASSOCIATE – D.C. OFFICE:
Prominent Am Law 200 law firm with multiple national office locations seeks a White Collar/Investigations Litigation Associate with 4 years of experience for its Washington, D.C. Office. The successful candidate will focus primarily on white collar defense, internal investigations, and government enforcement matters, and will also work on complex commercial litigation as needed. Ideal candidates will have substantial experience conducting internal investigations, responding to government subpoenas and inquiries, advising on regulatory compliance matters, or defending clients in criminal or civil enforcement proceedings. Government enforcement experience is preferred but not required. D.C. bar admission is required.
