This role is for our First Impression Team. As a “FIT” team member you are the liaison between the team and our guests. You are warm, welcoming, energetic and create a memorable impression on everyone you meet at the salon. The team trusts and relies on you and the guests look forward to seeing your smiling face.

Responsibilities:

• Show up positive, excited and with a smile. Your role impacts everyone around you.
• Be the first and last point of contact with our guests and team— make their day with your energy and caring attitude.
• Take care of our guests: schedule their appointments, check them in and out, help them with their product purchases, get them a beverage. If it helps a guest, you’re excited to handle it!
• Be a master juggler: phone calls, computer work, conversations. A lot goes on at the front desk and you love the fast pace!
• Maintain awareness of salon needs. You help us keep the salon clean and safe for everyone.
• Show up first and leave last. Our FIT team members get the salon started each day and close each night.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
