NOW HIRING: Event Rental Delivery & Setup Crew
Our event rental company is looking for dependable, hardworking team members to join our delivery and setup crew.
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working outside, staying active, working with their hands, and being part of a team.
What You’ll Do:
- Load and unload event rental equipment
- Deliver rental equipment to event locations
- Set up and break down tents
- Set up tables, chairs, and other rental equipment
- Properly secure and organize equipment
- Help ensure events are set up safely and according to customer orders
- Pick up rental equipment after events
- Clean and return equipment to the appropriate location
- Work as part of a team to complete deliveries and setups efficiently
- Provide professional and respectful customer service while at event locations
What We’re Looking For:

- Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions
- Able to lift, carry, load, and unload rental equipment
- Good attitude and professional appearance
- Previous event rental, delivery, construction, landscaping, or setup experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule:
Shifts vary depending on event deliveries and setups. Availability for Saturday is required, as many of our events take place over the weekend.
