What are the responsibilities and job description for the Appliance Repair Technician (Experienced) position at Cole's Appliance & Home Furnishings?
An appliance repair technician at Cole's Appliance & Home Furnishings will travel to provide in-home service on major home appliances. You will be expected to diagnose and repair appliances efficiently while maintaining a professional relationship with the customer. Variable shop time will also be available. Minimal paperwork and parts ordering will be required as the majority is handled by our office staff.
Experience as an appliance repair technician on most major appliances is required. Experience with refrigeration is preferred but not required. A High school diploma is required. Must be able to communicate effectively. Must be able to pass aptitude test that will be instituted during the interview process. Must have a valid drivers license.
This is a full-time position paid hourly, with many opportunities for bonuses and overtime. Level of pay will depend on adequacy as a service technician and will continually increase with success over time. $15.00 – $25.00 per hour. Company vehicle will be provided upon completion of initial period.
