Cole Roofing seeks an experienced, qualified and motivated individuals for full time position in our Service department for Roofing Service Technicians. The primary objective of this position is to work with clients to solve their facility roofing issues. Being customer focused and a good communicator is critical in the success of the job.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Being proficient in all types of roofing systems, including single-ply & built-up.
- Safely and efficiently operate tools and machines.
- Be proficient in using and reading measurements, and following directives to achieve daily job goals.
- Help to train less experienced employees to become more proficient in roofing work, and occasionally manage newer helper.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years commercial roofing experience,.
- Skilled in working on a team with supervision.
- Interests in job planning and performance measurement of daily job goals.
- Provide your own transportation or be able to reach the Cole yard or jobsite.
Preferred, but not required, experience:
- High school education or higher.
- Experience in reading blueprints.
- Basic computer knowledge.
