Branch Team Lead

• Starting wage $22-25 /hour depending on experience and qualifications.
• Three potential pay increases during your first year based on performance.

Job Responsibilities for this position include:

• Work closely with 3 outside sales reps and some staff at the Fargo office.
• Oversee and coordinate a team of 3 to 4 warehouse delivery employees, including scheduling and daily workflow.
• Oversee order fulfillment, shipping, and logistics processes.
• Communicate professionally and build positive relationships with customers and team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations (including OSHA) and company policies.
• Answer incoming customer calls and assist with questions and requests.
• Understand our product portfolio and offerings.
• Help resolve customer concerns and find solutions to problems.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of warehouse experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Ability to handle physical demands (lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for extended periods)
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record as may need to occasionally deliver to a customer.
