Main Job Description/Duties
- Support the centralized phone line team by managing and distributing all inbound calls for all Texas locations.
- Provide assistance to families when centralized team members are unavailable, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Manage scheduling needs for families, including but not limited to processing appointment cancellations and rescheduling requests
