At Cole Health, we are expanding in Cary, NC and seeking a confident, pediatric-focused OT to help establish and grow services at this location and within ABA centers we are contracted with. 

Compensation Options - Pay Per Visit (PPV)

PPV Rates for OTR:

• $48 – $52 per billable hour (unit based)

• $60 per Evaluation

• Travel stipend provided bi-weekly

Who You Are

• Licensed OT in North Carolina

• At least 1 year of pediatric experience preferred but not required

• Experience working with ABA facilities or difficult behaviors preferred

• Comfortable practicing independently while collaborating cross-discipline

• Passionate about helping children reach their fullest potential

• Growth-minded and adaptable in a changing healthcare environment
